We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Lead to leadtechnical delivery across complex application and infrastructure landscapes. Priorknowledge of Vulcan and Leapfrog is essential.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and manage technical teams to deliverprojects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards
- Act as the primary technical point of contact forproject stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams
- Oversee application and systems analysis acrossCOTS, bespoke, and SaaS platforms
- Ensure effective design and implementation of systeminterfaces, data flows,



and integrations
- Provide direction on solution architecture,environments, and deployment strategies
- Ensure solutions align with cybersecurityfundamentals and IT governance standards

Mandatory skills:

- Knowledge of technical applications such as Vulcan and Leapfrog
- Experience in application and systems analysis,including:
- Bespoke/custom applications
- SaaS platforms
- Proven experience in managing and leadingtechnical teams
- Experience coordinating with businessstakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (includingnetworks, servers, cloud platforms and end-user endpoints)
- Robust understanding of data flows and systemintegrations (APIs and middleware technologies)
- Familiarity with vendor technologies andsolution architectures
