We are currently seeking a professional and passionate ENto join our clinical team on a casual basis (minimum 20 hours per week, working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with the possibility of an increase in hours). This is a maternity leave cover position.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a committed individual with:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an aged-care or community healthcare setting.

A passion for delivering high-quality care to clients.

The ability to work independently with a flexible schedule

The ability to travel to clients.

Role Overview

This community-based role involves traveling to clients’ homes throughout Logan, Central and South Brisbane to provide essential healthcare services, including:

Conducting regular clinical reviews.

Performing comprehensive aged care assessments and maintaining detailed documentation.

Managing chronic wounds and delivering wound care.





Providing stoma care and support.

Reporting and handing over to the Clinical Manager.

Providing nurse education to clients as required.

Clinical Care Plans.

You will work under the direction of the Clinical Manager, who oversees all aspects of client care to ensure high standards are consistently maintained.

AHPRA Registration
