Day-to-day tasks include identifying patterns in founder behavior, assisting with data modeling, and helping validate assumptions about user needs. The analyst will collaborate with product and content contributors to translate findings into improvements to tools, resources, and expert content. This role offers hands‑on experience with real‑world startup data and the opportunity to grow into more advanced analytics responsibilities.

Google Sheets, or introductory BI tools). Candidates should possess basic Statistics skills to perform descriptive analysis and understand concepts such as distributions, correlation, and significance.

Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to present findings to non‑technical stakeholders in concise written summaries and easy visual formats. Candidates should possess introductory Data Modeling skills to help structure datasets and support simple reporting or dashboarding needs. Relevant qualifications include current study or a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively in a part‑time role, and show curiosity about improving founder experiences is highly valued.
