As Village Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this welcoming community - leading with heart, driving operational excellence, and ensuring every resident feels truly at home.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the village and ensure smooth service delivery

Overseeing maintenance, contractors, and service providers to keep the village running efficiently

Fostering a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents





Working collaboratively with the Residents Committee to support communication and village initiatives

Managing resident feedback, complaints, move‑ins, and exits to ensure a positive experience

Building strong customer relationships and maintain effective communication with residents

Leading financial processes including budgeting, expenditure control, and service fee setting

Conducting regular inspections, safety checks, and maintenance planning to ensure compliance and presentation standards

Monitoring and reporting village performance to senior leaders, ensuring regulatory compliance

Leading recruitment, performance management, development planning, and succession planning for village staff

Partnering with Sales and Marketing to maximise resale values and support occupancy goals.

Supporting prospective purchasers and assess suitability of potential residents

Ensuring compliance with EHS requirements and manage village health and safety risks

Planning and oversee a variety of social, lifestyle, and wellbeing activities for residents

Leading a passionate team committed to delivering an exceptional resident experience

About You:

Excellentpeople leadershipskills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams

Strongfinancial acumen, with demonstrated experience inbudgetingandfinancial reporting, is highly desirable and would be a valuable asset in this role

Brings extensive experience incomplaint managementanddispute resolution, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally

Proven experience inasset management, ideally within property, facilities,



or retirement living

Experience in roles focused oncommunity connection and engagementwould be highly regarded

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to resident wellbeing

Experienced in operational management, with strong organisational, consultative and negotiation skills

Have excellent computer skills (confident with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various online applications)

A people person with a genuine love for working with seniors

Compassionate, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of independent living seniors
