The Company is seeking a Head of Shared Services to lead a critical function that delivers exceptional HR and Payroll operational services across a large and diverse workforce. This executive role involves leading Employee Services, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and People Systems, with a key focus on payroll transformation and the future operating model. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing strategy, improving service delivery, and leading a high-performing team through significant change.

Solid leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships are essential for this position.



Candidates for the Head of Shared Services role at the company should have a strong background in leading large HR Shared Services or HR Operations functions within complex organizations. Experience in payroll operations, governance, and compliance is a must, as is a proven track record in delivering payroll or HR system transformation projects.

The role requires a solid understanding of HRIS, payroll, and workforce/time systems, as well as the ability to lead process improvement and drive operational efficiency. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders are also key requirements.
