Alcoa of Australia Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join the WA Mining team at Huntly on a relief basis. You will lead day-to-day mine development activities, ensure safe, effective production and foster a strong safety culture across the operation.
This role requires 2+ years in a leadership position, statutory supervisor accreditation, and proven ability to coach teams, plan and coordinate, while adapting to change on a 12‑hour, 5‑panel roster.
