Opportunity: A national provider of injury and disability management is looking for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, either a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist, to join their Sydney team.

This is a role built around genuine autonomy and real team support in equal measure. You shape your own schedule and work independently, but you are never doing it alone. The wider team is passionate, purpose-driven and quick to back each other up when it matters.

The focus is Same Employer Psychological services across Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation, Comcare, Lifetime Care and CTP schemes. No vocational assessments or Different Employer case management, so you can focus on the parts of the work that suit your strengths. Full time is preferred, though part-time will be considered at a minimum of 4 days per week.

Location:





The role is based in Sydney NSW, with face-to-face servicing across the Sydney metro area. A driver's licence and access to your own vehicle are needed for travel between clients and workplaces.

About You:

You hold general registration with AHPRA as a Registered Psychologist or full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor. You have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience within occupational rehabilitation. You bring strong communication skills and enjoy being part of a team that genuinely supports one another, while still being comfortable working independently day to day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial psychological and workplace assessments
- Facilitate effective workplace discussions with clients and employers
- Deliver vocational and rehabilitation counselling
- Case conference with allied health professionals
- Travel across Sydney metro for face-to-face servicing
