Following the success of our flagship project, No.21 Broadbeach, we're preparing to commence our next landmark luxury development, Camilla, and we're seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our growing team.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering luxury residential developments valued at $50 million and above.

You'll have genuine ownership of projects while working closely with the executive team across every aspect of development and construction.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading projects from pre-construction through completion
- Design management and consultant coordination
- Procurement strategy and subcontractor engagement
- Programming and project scheduling
- Commercial management and cost control
- Contract administration




- Stakeholder and client management
- Quality assurance and project delivery
- Defects management and project close-out
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and value engineering

Unlike traditional contractor roles, you'll gain exposure to the entire development lifecycle and actively contribute to strategic project decisions.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with commercial thinking and leadership.

You may already be a Project Manager, or you're a high-performing Senior Project Engineer / Contract Administrator ready to step into your first Project Management role.

You enjoy taking ownership, solving complex problems and leading teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Essential Experience

- Minimum 8 years' experience within the Australian construction industry
- Proven experience delivering projects valued at $40 million or greater
- Experience on high-rise residential, mixed-use or major commercial developments
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or similar
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- Excellent programming and planning skills
- Comprehensive understanding of Australian construction contracts and methodologies




- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Solid attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience within both Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors and developer-builders
- Luxury residential project experience
- Experience with Procore, ProcurePro, HammerTech / One Breadcrumb, PayApps, Microsoft Project
- Exposure to development feasibility, planning approvals and design management
