Unlike generalist brokers, we specialise in understanding the unique risks facing technology businesses. Our consulting‑led approach helps clients navigate complex exposures including cyber, professional indemnity, management liability, business interruption and technology-specific risks.

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Broker Assistant to support our growing team and develop a long-term career in insurance broking.

About the Role

As a Broker Assistant, you'll play an important role supporting our brokers and clients while gaining hands‑on experience across all aspects of commercial insurance.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the delivery of exceptional client service
- Preparing policy documentation and client communications
- Processing renewals, endorsements and policy changes
- Assisting with new business submissions and quotations
- Liaising with insurers and underwriting agencies
- Responding to client enquiries and service requests
- Managing broker administration tasks and workflow coordination

You'll work closely with experienced brokers and gain exposure to Australia's tech and IT industry as well as the insurance markets.

- Policy documentation is accurate and delivered on time
- Client queries are handled promptly and professionally
- Internal systems and records are maintained accurately




- Insurer and client communications are coordinated efficiently
- Brokers can focus on advising clients and generating new opportunities

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, qualified and eager to build a career in tech, IT and insurance.

You may have experience as a:

- Customer Service Representative
- Tech sales representative
- Broker Assistant
- Account Executive Assistant
- Client Service Officer
- Insurance Support Officer

Industry experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.

- Previous insurance, financial services or professional services experience is advantageous but not essential
