Wagner Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Coordinator to support the delivery of the Gainsborough Lodge subdivision project.
This role will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, liaising with contractors and stakeholders, and supporting the successful development of Gainsborough Lodge which will ultimately cater for more than 1,000 new residents in the Wellcamp region.

You are a highly organised coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced project environment. You build strong working relationships with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders and take pride in keeping projects running smoothly.
You bring strong attention to detail, sound communication skills and the ability to proactively manage competing priorities on site.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day site actives at the Gainsborough Lodge development
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with contractor engagement, inductions and site access requirements
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records and reporting
- Support compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of project communications and updates
- Manage onsite administrative functions and general site office requirements
- Perform minor maintenance work on the development
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in a site coordination, project support or property development role
- Experience working with contractors and multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while supporting a broader project team
- Property, construction or civil development experience highly regarded
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications desirable but not essential
- Current Drivers licence
