Team Global Express is currently seeking a Fleet Controller to join our team in Karawatha on Brisbane's South Side.

This is a Full Time, Salaried Permanent Position, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily pickup and delivery operations, ensuring freight is moved safely, efficiently, and in line with customer and operational requirements.

Plan and coordinate the pickup and delivery of consignments in the most cost-effective and effective manner possible.

Undertake effective load planning and preparation of daily runs.

Compile loads to maximise fleet and driver utilisation.

Conduct daily driver debriefs, addressing operational issues, performance concerns, and non-compliance matters as required.

Ensure vehicles and drivers comply with customer requirements, company policies, and relevant transport legislation.

Prepare loading and unloading documentation, including manifests and compliance paperwork.

Provide timely updates to internal and external customers regarding freight movements and delivery performance.

Work closely with drivers, customers, and operational teams to achieve service and safety objectives.

Ensure operational procedures are followed and compliance records are accurately maintained.

Participate in operational and safety meetings and contribute to a strong safety culture.
