About the Role

Blooms The Chemist Kingaroy has a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacy Dispensary Assistant to join the team. The position will report to the Owner/Dispensary Manager. This is an chance to work as part of an experienced and friendly customer focused team, who offer exceptional service. You will enjoy a busy but stimulating pharmacy environment.

You will be required to work 3-5 days per week equating up to 38 hours weekly, and will involve weekends on a rotational basis. Increased workload may be available to the right applicant.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Your role will focus on:

- Manage and prepare Dose Administration Aids for community and residential care customers
- Dispensing of prescriptions using DispenseWorks software
- Counsel patients with the optimal and safe use of medication
- Assist with customer service queries




- Process dispensary orders and assist in maintaining dispensary inventory
