Canham Gardening & Maintenance is a growing, family-owned business providing professional garden maintenance and strata grounds services across Sydney.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for motivated gardeners to join our team.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be working across a variety of residential, commercial and strata properties, helping keep gardens and outdoor spaces looking their best.
Your duties will include:
- Lawn mowing, edging and whipper-snipping
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Garden maintenance and plant care
- Weed control and mulching
- Garden clean-ups and presentation work
- Soft landscaping and planting projects
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Previous gardening or landscape maintenance experience
- Current driver's licence
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience in strata maintenance
- Truck or trailer experience
- Chemical spraying licence
- Team leadership experience
What We Offer
- Casual rates from $35-$50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Full-time salaries from $60,000-$80,000 + super
- Flexible working arrangements
