About the Role
As our Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team from contract through to settlement. You will be responsible for preparing and managing contracts, coordinating documentation, liaising with clients and solicitors, and ensuring every transaction progresses smoothly and efficiently.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous real estate administration experience who enjoys working behind the scenes to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing Contracts of Sale and associated documentation
- Managing the sales administration process from listing through to settlement
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, brokers and other stakeholders
- Coordinating contract exchanges and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and sales systems
- Preparing marketing documentation and listing paperwork
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
- Assisting with settlement preparation and post-settlement processes
- Delivering outstanding customer service to clients throughout the sales journey

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in real estate administration or conveyancing services
- Experience using real estate software such as CoreLogic, Reapit Sales and PM, Realworks or similar (advantageous)
- Strong computer, phone and e-communication skills
- Knowledge of Queensland real estate legislation and contract processes
