We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about business operations, data analysis, process optimization, and driving operational excellence through strategic insights. As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support business initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and long-term organizational growth. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations, workflows, and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collect, validate, and interpret operational data from multiple sources to support business decision-making.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Support business process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and other departments to optimize business performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to address operational challenges.
- Prepare executive reports, business presentations, and performance analyses for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, operational metrics, and service levels to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), operational documentation, and reporting processes.
- Conduct market, industry,
and competitor research to support operational planning and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations analysis, business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or a similar analytical role is preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and analytics tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is an advantage.
