AHS Nursing Agency is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist a young man with profound physical disability in Rouse Hill, NSW 2155. The role offers ongoing shifts and a supportive family workplace that values care quality.

Shifts include Tuesday 4-6pm, Wednesday 3:30-5:30pm, and Thursday 6:30-8:30am, with potential additional shifts. You will provide personal care, mobility support, and community participation, aligning with individual care plans.
