Bunnings Group is hiring a Distribution Centre Shift Manager to lead the afternoon shift and oversee Receiving, Inventory, Picking and Despatch.

Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, you will drive safety culture, coach a team, manage rosters and ensure DIFOT and SIFOT targets are met while collaborating with stores and other leaders.

The role operates 1:30pm–10:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on leadership, wage budgeting and process discipline.
