About the role
We’re looking for an inspiring ECT qualified Educational Leader, with significant sector experience and excellent organisational skills, to join the service leadership team at Broadmeadows. You will leverage your deep understanding of pedagogy and well-developed leadership skills,to mentor and support a team with a long history ofdemonstrating, advocating and collaborating across the sector.
As EducationalLeader, you will work primarily out of ratio to drive high quality practice in alignmentwith our pedagogical framework amongst a network of peer Ed Leaders, supportedby our Head of Curriculum and Practice.
About you
You are an experienced teacher who is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families in a large long day care service. A collaborative and reflective leader, you bring the ability to inspire, coach and support educators to continuously strengthen practice. You are committed to quality, with a strong understanding of contemporary early learning frameworks and a genuine desire to make a positive impact through early learning.
