Welcome to Cooinda Vet Hospital – a friendly, independent mixed practice in Marulan, NSW. We are looking for a veterinarian who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and likes the idea of knowing clients by name. Whether you are an experienced mixed practitioner or a newer graduate seeking strong mentoring, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

- Companion animals: medicine, emergencies, reproduction, soft tissue surgery, basic orthopaedics.
- Cattle, sheep, goats, alpacas, horses, and occasionally camels – herd health, pregnancy testing, calvings, lambings, emergencies, and production animal work.

Newer graduates receive plenty of support and guidance, while experienced vets are trusted to work independently and help develop younger colleagues.

- Salary $80,000 – $140,000 plus super,



depending on experience.

- Shared on‑call rota of no more than 1 in 3, with additional on‑call allowances and after‑hours fees paid.

The Practice

A three‑vet practice supported by experienced nurses and reception staff who genuinely care about both the animals and each other. The clinic is well‑equipped with digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, an in‑house laboratory, endoscopy, progesterone testing, electrosurgery, and contemporary surgical equipment.
