Network Administrator

Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise network operations and administration.
- Robust hands‑on experience with LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, Wireless, and VPN technologies.
- Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent networking platforms.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, and network security concepts.
- Experience working with firewalls, VPNs, NAC, and network access policies.
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting skills covering connectivity, performance, latency, routing, and wireless issues.
- Experience in ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer enterprise network infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand locations.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, wireless controllers, and access points.
- Monitor network health, performance, utilization, and availability.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN,
and Internet connectivity issues.
- Manage firewall policies, VPN tunnels, and network security controls.
- Provide L2/L3 support for critical incidents and service requests.
- Coordinate with ISPs, telecom providers, and OEM vendors for circuit and hardware issues.
- Support network upgrades, migrations, patching, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Participate in RCA preparation and implement preventive actions.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA / CCNP
- Fortinet NSE
- Meraki Certification
- ITIL Foundation
