Managing an established team of Project Managers, Engineers and Site Managers you will be responsible for commercial risk, improving all-round performance & providing leadership to the construction team working across 18 projects in the Greater Sydney Region.

Key Responsibilities will be:

- Strategic Project Oversight.
- Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance & Executive Reporting.
- Stakeholder Management.
- End-to-End Execution of multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Trade Certificate in the Structural trades.
- Experience in Building Construction or Steel Industry.
- Proven track record of Residential, Industrial or Commercial Building Projects.
- Robust communication skills with experience managing a team of 10 or more.
