DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Melbourne – Flinders Street is conveniently located opposite the historic Flinders Street Station and is within walking distance of corporate offices, the famous Melbourne Laneways, and the South Bank precinct. Along with their world‑famous chocolate chip cookies, the hotel features 187 guest rooms, a restaurant and bar, a fully equipped gym, and meeting & event spaces.

What will I be doing?

Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding guest service throughout the night shift
- Conduct guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently and professionally
- Complete the nightly audit process and reconcile daily transactions accurately
- Prepare overnight reports and ensure financial records are balanced and compliant
- Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the Night Manager to ensure smooth overnight hotel operations
- Monitor hotel safety and security procedures during the overnight period
- Prepare, deliver and collect overnight room service orders in accordance with hotel standards
- Assist with overnight administrative and operational tasks as required
- Maintain current knowledge of daily VIP movements, hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers




- Support other departments where necessary to ensure a seamless guest experience
