About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional sales professional who can work in our Ipswich store.
This is not a typical retail sales position. Our customers visit us seeking expert advice, premium products and trusted recommendations. We require someone who enjoys engaging with people, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that genuinely improve their lifestyle.
You will work with customers purchasing everything from their first Weber BBQ through to complete outdoor entertaining solutions and premium heating systems for new homes and renovations. Extensive training packages are available for the products we sell.
Success in this role comes from building relationships, providing outstanding customer service and delivering exceptional sales results.

- Following up sales opportunities and quotations
- Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation
- Assisting with stock management and merchandising
