Your Daily Impact

As a key part of our administration team, you will keep our office running smoothly by:

- Being the Face of the Business:



Answering incoming phone calls and welcoming clients with a professional manner.

- Managing the Calendar: Taking and coordinating client bookings for our inspection team.

- Mastering Documentation: Preparing, formatting, and organizing critical project documentation for builders and developers.

- Solving Problems: Answering day-to-day client queries and providing exceptional service via phone and email.

What We Are Looking For

This is an entry-level role, so your attitude and drive matter most! To be successful, you need:

- Education: Completion of your Higher School Certificate (HSC).

- Sharp Focus: High attention to detail—you take pride in getting things right the first time.

- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, typing, and learning current software quickly.

- Communication Skills: Strong, clear verbal and written English communication skills.

- Professional Presentation: A neat, tidy, and professional presentation suitable for a corporate office.

- Drive: True enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to your own personal growth.

Critical Requirements
