Product Support Specialist – Undercarriage & Mining Equipment

Are you a mechanically minded professional with experience in mining or heavy earthmoving equipment? Do you enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and being out in the field? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our team. In this hands‑on role, you'll provide expert technical support, conduct undercarriage inspections, deliver product training, and work closely with customers to maximise equipment performance while identifying new business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct mechanical undercarriage inspections and failure analysis on mining equipment.

- Prepare detailed inspection reports, recommendations, quotations, and service plans.

- Provide technical advice and product support for undercarriage systems and TRUST software.

- Train customers on correct installation, operation, and maintenance practices.

- Build strong relationships with customer maintenance teams, planners, and supervisors.

- Work closely with the Sales Team to identify opportunities and convert inspections into sales.

- Maintain accurate customer information, inspections, and opportunities within Salesforce and Track Advice.

- Travel to customer mine sites across the region as required.

- Champion safety, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.





What You'll Bring

- Experience working on mining or heavy earthmoving equipment.

- Strong knowledge of undercarriage systems and mechanical components.

- Experience performing inspections, fault finding, and failure analysis.

- Previous experience in product support, technical sales, field service, or customer support.

- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and inspection/reporting software.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

- A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
