Position: NDIS Support Worker Casual

Locations: Primarily Gold Coast

Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for dedicated NDIS Support Workers to join our organisation and provide high-quality, person-centred support to people living with disability.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with participants to help them achieve their goals and live independently. Your responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation and shopping
- Providing transport to appointments, social events, and community activities
- Encouraging skill development, independence, and confidence
- Offering companionship and emotional support

What We’re Looking For





- Experience in disability, aged care or community services (preferred)
- Empathy, patience and a genuine passion for supporting people
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a positive attitude

Essential Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred) and insurance
- COVID-19 vaccination evidence
- Certificate II in individual support or higher
