Harrigan's Hunter Valley is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming Attendant/Hosts to join our team. As a Gaming Attendant/Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming facilities. This is a casual role, based at our Pokolbin, NSW location.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and assisting customers in the gaming area, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience
- Monitoring the gaming floor, addressing any customer queries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintaining a clean, well-organised and inviting gaming workplace
- Complying with all relevant gaming regulations and internal policies
- Providing general support to the gaming operations team as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer service or gaming-related role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service




- Familiarity with gaming regulations and procedures
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
