What You'll Do

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Accurately process orders and coordinate timely deliveries
- Provide explicit information about our products and services
- Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently




- Maintain accurate records of orders, interactions, and feedback
- Work closely with sales and logistics teams to keep customers informed and supported

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service or coordination experience required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM systems (2+ years experience)
- A team-oriented, positive, and customer-focused approach
- (Desirable) Experience in the plumbing or building industry
- (Desirable) Knowledge of MYOB and Salesforce
- Australian work rights are required for this position
