About the Role

We’re looking for a Trainee Help Desk Technician to join our technical team.

This is an excellent chance to start your IT career, learn from experienced engineers, and develop real-world support skills in a friendly, supportive environment.

What you’ll do

- Assist with basic help desk and user support

- Troubleshoot common computer and software issues

- Learn networking,



systems and IT best practices

- Work alongside experienced engineers and mentors

What you’ll need

- A great attitude and enthusiasm to learn

- Passion for computers and operating systems

- Willingness to listen, take feedback and grow

- Good problem-solving skills

- Developing communication skills

- Current driver’s licence (provisional or full)

- Australian citizenship (required for this role)

- Basic home-user IT experience (minimum)
