Auriga Group is seeking an experienced and suitably qualifiedRegional Manager to oversee our Helicopter Marine Pilot Transfer (HMPT) services across the Pilbara region.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day HMPT and charter operations across the Pilbara region.
- Oversee flight scheduling, crew coordination, maintenance planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with CASA regulations, aviation legislation, customer requirements, and company policies.
- Drive operational efficiency, service performance, and achievement of contractual KPIs.
- Manage customer relationships, contract reporting, and governance activities.
- Oversee regional budgets, expenditure, and cost control initiatives.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.

About you

- Proven leadership experience in aviation, maritime, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
- Strong stakeholder, contract, and customer management skills.
- Sound commercial and financial acumen.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Aviation Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Aviation Lead Auditor qualification highly regarded.
- Willing to travel across the Pilbara region.
- Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Must be currently residing in Karratha or the surrounding Pilbara region.
