We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team on a 12-month fixed term basis. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce, driving our talent acquisition strategy, and contributing to our employer brand. You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to support SEE Group's continued growth and objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, interviewing, assessing and presenting candidates to hiring managers

Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and industry events

Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with SEE Group's values, culture and job requirements

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies

Contribute to building and maintaining SEE Group's employer brand through compelling job postings and a positive candidate experience

Stay across industry trends, salary benchmarks and best practice in talent acquisition to provide valuable insights to the business

Foster relationships with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future positions

Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive start





Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process

Essential Skills and Attributes

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment including across blue- and white-collar positions.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects while maintaining focus on priorities

Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts

Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Knowledge of Employment Law principles, ideally within a civil construction business

Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others

Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, Employment Law or similar (desirable)
