About The Opportunity

As a Site Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at our job sites. Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead and coordinate tradespeople and labourers across all site activities
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies without exception
- Allocate resources, equipment and materials to keep work moving efficiently
- Monitor daily progress and hold the team to high-quality standards
- Bridge communication between site staff and management




- Train and mentor junior staff on the tools and on the job

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- A strong trade background with supervisory or leading hand experience
- Excellent communication, leadership and strong problem-solving skills
- A Class 2 licence (preferred but not essential) is highly desirable
- Your own vehicle, a valid driver's licence and reliable daily travel
- Ability to commute within a 20-minute drive of the job site each day
- Local candidates preferred with knowledge of the surrounding regions
- Strong work ethic with the ability to lead and mentor your own team
