Salon Coordinator: The Parlour Room Clovelly

Our Clovelly salon is a busy, close-knit location. We're a team that runs a tight ship, and we take real pride in the environment we've built. This role is central to how that environment feels for every client who walks in the door, and for the team that shows up every day.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, warm, and highly organised Salon Coordinator to join our Clovelly team. This is a full-ownership role: you'll manage reception, bookings, client experience, rostering, team motivation, and the day-to-day systems that keep the salon running seamlessly.

You'll work closely with our Senior Therapists and Founder, forming the Clovelly management team together.

This is not a passive reception role. We're looking for someone who takes real ownership, spots problems before they happen, and sets the tone for a premium client experience from the moment someone walks in.

What You'll Own

Full reception management: bookings, client communications, check-in, checkout, and payments

Appointment book optimisation: minimising gaps, managing the waitlist,



keeping utilisation high

Client experience: warmth, professionalism, and follow-through at every touchpoint

Staff management and team motivation: keeping morale high, supporting the team day-to-day, and contributing to a positive salon culture

Timesheets and rostering for the Clovelly team

End of day procedures: closing checklist, EFTPOS reconciliation, salon setup for tomorrow

Morning huddles

Zenoti system management for Clovelly

Staff birthday and anniversary recognition for the team

What We're Looking For

Experience in a salon, beauty clinic, or premium hospitality environment

Confident with booking systems (Zenoti experience a bonus)

Exceptional at client-facing communication: warm, professional, and unflappable

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through

The kind of person who notices what needs doing and does it

An eye for social media content creation: a bonus, but not essential

Team-first mindset: collaborative, reliable, and consistent
