The Role:
- Respond to prospective tenant enquiries
- Conduct open home and private inspections
- Review and process rental applications, including reference checks
- Provide detailed feedback reports
- Work closely with Property Managers to ensure seamless service
- Deliver professional and friendly service to all prospective tenants
The Person:
- Current Certificate of Registration, driver’s license, and reliable car
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Motivated and eager to learn – entry level candidates will be considered
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach
