About the role:
- Ensure learning and development is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
- Implement and evaluate programs indoors and outdoors
- Create a stimulating and positive workplace for the children
- Write observations and analyse children's progression and development
- Provide support and assistance to other staff members
- Monitor staff interactions to ensure they are in line with the EYLF
- Develop strong relationships with children, and effectively communicate with parents and carers
About you:
- ACECQA Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check
- Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
- NESA Accreditation - Provisional or Proficient
- Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Strong computer skills
- Current approved First Aid Certificate
- Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
