About the Role...
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Operator to join our small but vibrant and energetic Alusolutions team.
You will be responsible for:
- Operating various machinery and equipment - plate saw, band saw and guillotine
- Performing quality checks and troubleshooting any issues to ensure consistent output and product quality.
- Adhering to all health, safety and environmental procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Assisting with the maintenance and cleaning of equipment to keep it in optimal working condition.
- Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities
About You...
You will have:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing workplace, preferably in the metal industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate and maintain various types of industrial equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
