We operate out of a beautiful, contemporary clinic in the heart of the city, where our psychology team works closely together in a bright, open-plan office space. It is a premium professional environment that is genuinely warm, welcoming, and collaborative. Key Responsibilities
In this role, your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality psychometric assessments, with the scope to expand into therapy if desired.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Assessments: Conducting comprehensive psychometric assessments, including cognitive testing (WISC-V) and achievement testing.
- Report Writing: Formulating clinical findings and writing detailed, high-quality psychometric reports.
- Clinical Practice: Utilising qEEG brain mapping and conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.
- Intervention: Providing evidence-based individual and group therapy for children and adolescents, tailored to your clinical interests and experience.
What We Offer
- A Rich Learning Environment: Direct daily exposure to a multidisciplinary network, including medical specialists and experienced psychologists.
- Group Supervision: We provide regular group supervision sessions facilitated by a Clinical Board Approved Supervisor, alongside multidisciplinary case conferences and team meetings.
- Beautiful Workspace: A light-filled, open-plan city clinic with excellent access to public transport, cafes, and city lifestyle.
- Structured Case Exposure: A steady and diverse paediatric caseload to help you confidently develop your assessment and formulation skills.
Selection Criteria

- Assessment Foundations: Familiarity with administering the WISC-V and a strong interest in honing your psychometric report writing skills.
- Positive Mindset: An enthusiastic, approachable manner and a genuine desire to learn and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
