Method Recruitment Group is engaged to fill a hands-on Payroll Officer role for a well-established Melbourne manufacturing business. The successful candidate will own the payroll function for ~200 employees across multiple entities, in a largely manual setting.
You will reconcile timesheets from three systems, apply Awards and Enterprise Agreements, and ensure timely, accurate processing while collaborating with site teams and maintaining payroll compliance.
