Personal Care Worker

Overview

BoltonClarkeGroup is one of Australia’s largest independent, not‑for‑profit providers of home care, retirement living and residential aged care. The role is based at Marten Aged Care, Largs North, located on Le Fevre Peninsula near Largs Beach.

Responsibilities

- Provide high‑quality, safe and timely personal care following individual needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, self‑care, safe mobility and transfers.
- Record and complete documentation accurately.
- Support residents’ independence, dignity, self‑determination and comfort.
- Co‑operate with the care team to ensure effective, consumer‑focused service delivery.

Qualifications

- CertificateIII in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
- Experience in aged care is highly regarded.
- Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.).
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and/or an NDIS Workers Check if required.
