Claims Support Administrator

WA Insurance Builders (WAIB) is one of Western Australia's leading insurance repair and restoration companies. We help homeowners get back on track following property damage and work closely with major insurers across WA.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Claims Support Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team in Neerabup.

This is a great opportunity for someone with administration, customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, or scheduling experience who is looking to build a long-term career in a qualified office environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Updating information in our computer systems
- Booking appointments and coordinating schedules
- Assisting customers throughout the repair process
- Following up outstanding information and documentation
- Supporting our Claims Coordinators and Project Managers
- Liaising with trades, suppliers and insurers




- Ensuring records are accurate and up to date
