We are looking for a new Site Administrator to join our team at Dendrobium Coal Mine. The Site Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager and site operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily site administration functions including document control, timesheet processing for 110 underground employees, mobilisation support, procurement assistance, and ensuring compliance with site protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide a high degree of administrative support to meet Cougar Drilling operational needs
- Maintain the following databases:
- Gas Drainage database includes hole profiles, CSV data, drill logs and notes
- Leave Planner
- Manning Spreadsheet
- Record take 2's weekly and send to Safety and Compliance team
- Assist payroll by collecting timesheets and verifying accuracy of information supplied, leave forms, and follow up any queries
- Process annual clothing orders
- Assist with purchasing requests and site access applications




- Work with the training department to collect training documents and notify employees when training requirements are near expiry

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 4 years experience with site administration
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Ability to learn fast, source out information when needed and work independently in a task-oriented manner
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail with the ability to recognise errors, solve problems and make corrections as needed
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Solid team player, willing to help out and assist others when needed
