Anspec is a wholesaler of pharmaceuticals and medical products based in Thornleigh. We are currently seeking a reliable warehouse worker for our warehouse team. The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse through the accurate receiving and stock movement recording.

Key Duties

Accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and despatch of goods in the correct timeframe without errors and product damage.

To pack all goods carefully and in accordance with procedures including special product, such as cytotoxic, cold chain, schedule 8.

Complete paperwork and IT requirements for receiving, picking, packing, and despatching operations including all quality requirements.

General warehouse duties, including forklift checks and charging, cleaning of warehouse surroundings when required.





Compliance with company HR and Health and Safety procedures and manuals.

Identify and report any safety issues to the Warehouse Team Leaders or safety representative.

Liaise with senior warehouse personnel regarding discrepancies, questions, suggestions and additionally notify the Warehouse Team Leaders for reliable issues.

Qualifications & Experience

Current Forklift Licence is preferable

Previous experience with S4 and S8 pharmaceutical is desirable

Motivated, self-managed, methodical and trustworthy

Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

Team player with can-do attitude

Physically fit and able to work under pressure
