You'll be responsible for administering and supporting the organisation's core technology platforms, acting as a key technical escalation point and ensuring systems remain stable, secure and effective for users across the business. From Microsoft 365 and Azure administration through to end-user technology and device management, you'll play an important role in maintaining and improving the IT environment.

Day to day duties include:

- Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure and end-user technology issues.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and Azure environments.
- Manage and maintain end-user computing platforms, including laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
- Support and administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across infrastructure and user environments.
- Manage user access, permissions and security controls.
- Assist with system upgrades, technology improvements and operational initiatives.
- Manage incidents,



requests and changes through Jira.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Provide professional and customer-focused support to users across the business.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience as a Systems Administrator, Senior Systems Administrator or similar infrastructure-focused role.
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Experience with end-user computing and mobile device management solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical issues.
- Experience acting as an escalation point within an IT team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach with robust ownership and attention to detail.

Desirable:

- Exposure to SAP environments.
- Experience contributing to infrastructure projects, migrations or technology upgrades.
- PowerShell scripting or automation experience.
