About the role:

Join a close‑knit civil construction team delivering essential concrete remediation works for local council projects across Brisbane. You'll be involved in a variety of works including footpaths, driveways, kerb ramps, retaining walls, pits, and manhole repairs.

Based from the company's yard each morning, you'll travel to site with the crew using company vehicles, plant, and equipment.



This is a hands‑on role where you'll be involved in the full construction process, including:

- Excavation and site preparation
- Formwork and steel fixing
- Concrete placement and finishing
- Pit and manhole repair works
- Working safely as part of an experienced crew

This is a great opportunity for an experienced concreter looking for stable, Monday‑to‑Friday work with a reputable civil contractor and a strong pipeline of council projects.

Salary & Benefits:

Pay rate: $45 p/hour to start, with room for growth once proven.

Overtime: Potential of overtime dependent on daily and weekly progress on projects.

Hours: Minimum Monday to Friday, start at 6am, meeting at the yard each morning and returning as a team.
