We are seekingDevOps Engineerto join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successfulDevOps Engineerwill play a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining secure, automated build, release and infrastructure deployment pipelines within a secure cloud setting. The successfulDevOps Engineerwill secure aninitial contract until June 2027with 1x12 monthextension options, based inCanberra, ACT.

The DevOps Engineerwill be responsible for but not limited to:

- Designing, implementing and maintainingCI/CDpipelines
- Developing and managingInfrastructure as Code (IaC)to configurecloudenvironments
- EmbeddingDevSecOpspractices and integrating security controls into delivery pipelines
- Implementing environment configuration management and release management processes
- Collaborating withcloudplatform, security and network teams





The DevOps Engineerwill have experience in the following:

- Prior experience designing and maintainingCI/CD pipelinesin securecloudenvironments
- Demonstrated experience withInfrastructure as Codeand automated infrastructure provisioning
- Experience embeddingDevSecOpspractices and security controls into delivery pipelines
- Knowledge of configuration management, version control and release management practices
- Experience supportingcloudmigrationand platform modernisation initiatives
