Nita Group is looking for Experienced Excavator / Combo Machine Operators to join our team.

Nita Group is an Australian, family-owned and operated Earthmoving, Plant Hire & Civil Construction Company based in Lawnton QLD 4501, servicing both the Residential and Commercial markets across South-East Queensland.

This is a permanent full time opportunity (following probation period) offering consistent hours, above award pay and modern well maintained equipment.

About the Role - Key Responsibilities

- Completing Daily Pre-Starts
- Proficient in Operating Excavators (1,7t-30t), Posi Tracks, Rollers & associated Plant inc wide range of attachments
- Ability to Load and Unload Machinery from Trucks and Trailers
- Completing General Machine Maintenance and Cleaning
- A Proactive Approach to Safety and Risk Management
- Ability to Work Independently with Initiative
- Willingness to Assist with Other Tasks as Required.





About the Role - Essential Requirements

- Machine Tickets (Excavator/Bobcat/Skid Steer)
- Construction White Card (White Card)
- HR Licence (HC Licence highly regarded)
- Strong Operating Skills and Sound Machinery Knowledge
- Reliable, Honest and Team-Focused Work Ethic
