Oliver's Boutique Products is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team on a Casual basis. Based in Cleveland QLD 4163, this role is central to our operations, ensuring that our Boutique products reach customers safely, on time, and in perfect condition. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of Oliver's Boutique Products, representing our brand with every interaction. This position offers the opportunity to work independently whilst being part of a supportive logistics team, with potentially being a permanent full-time.

What you'll be doing

- Operating delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Planning and executing delivery routes to maximise efficiency and meet scheduled delivery windows
- Loading, unloading and securing products for transport, ensuring items are protected from damage
- Obtaining customer signatures and handling cash or card payments when required
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and updating tracking information in real time
- Conducting pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance issues promptly
- Providing exceptional customer service, answering enquiries and handling any delivery-related concerns professionally
- Keeping the delivery vehicle clean, organised and well-maintained throughout the working day
- Communicating with the dispatch team to confirm delivery status and report any delays or issues

What we're looking for

- Current, valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle type being operated
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector
- Strong knowledge of local roads and ability to navigate using GPS and route planning software




- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain qualified and courteous in all interactions
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry parcels regularly, with good manual handling techniques
- Reliability and punctuality,
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording deliveries and handling customer information
