Due to continued expansion and an increasing workload involving custom joinery for commercial, hospitality, retail and premium residential developments, Paloma Architectural Joinery has identified the need for an experienced Production Engineer. This position is required to oversee manufacturing engineering activities, develop efficient production processes, coordinate technical documentation, and support the successful execution of increasingly complex joinery projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple custom office furniture and commercial joinery projects from initial concept to production completion.
- Process Automation and System Management
- Create, implement and maintain robust process maps,



workflow system and approval framework using Aconex, Odoo and Monday.com
- Translate design concepts into manufacturing ready shop drawings using Pytha 3D CAD, AutoCAD and Adobe Tools
- CNC Planning & CAM Optimization: Configure strategies, plan, and optimize CNC machinery resources

Skill & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience within the carpentry and joinery industry, spanning both residential/commercial carpentry construction and joinery manufacturing.
- Software Toolkits: Demonstrated experience using CAD suites (Pytha 3D CAD, AutoCAD), WoodWOP, Analyzer, Adobe Tools, or other industry-standard measurement, pricing, and drawing software suites.
- Licensing: Must possess a current, valid driver’s licence.
