About the Role

Working alongside our construction team, you'll complete plumbing installations for new homes and granny flats from rough-in through to final fit-off.

You'll work across both our manufacturing facility and construction sites, giving you variety while maintaining consistent, ongoing work.

Our teams go out to install expander homes, modular homes and build traditional granny flats or homes, so the ability to travel and stay overnight on occasions is essential.

This is a hands-on role where quality workmanship, reliability and teamwork are valued every day.

Your Responsibilities

Complete plumbing and drainage installations on new residential builds.

Install water, sewer, stormwater and gas services.

Carry out rough-in, stack work and fit-off installations.

Read and interpret construction and plumbing plans.





Work closely with Site Supervisors and other trades to deliver projects on time.

Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards and plumbing regulations.

Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.

Mentor apprentices and support less experienced team members.

Help identify improvements to onsite productivity and quality.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

A current Contractors Plumbing Licence.

Certificate III in Plumbing + experience in residential construction.

The ability to read construction plans and strong knowledge of Australian plumbing standards.

A White Card and current driver's licence.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Pride in producing quality work.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The flexibility to travel (and overnight stays) to regional NSW or to the Gold Coast.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience building homes or granny flats.

Experience leading or mentoring other plumbers.

A desire to progress into a Leading Hand or Team Leader role.
