We are currently looking for a team player who is a positive, driven Senior Plant Operator with 8+ years’ experience.

Job Requirements

Ability to develop robust working relationship with groups of diverse employees and subcontractors

Must be available to travel and work in regional areas

A commitment to developing and maintaining a culture of health and safety

Ability to work autonomously and in a team

Ability to assist in manual labour if needed

Skills Required

Ability to operate Excavator (major component) and Grader or Positrack– essential





Proficient with GPS equipment including Trimble and Moba GPS - essential

Experienced at Final Trim – essential

Experienced at being able to interpret design and implement in the field operationally

Ability to operate Positrack, dump truck, dozer, grader and roller - preferred

General Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Civil Construction / Remediation Experience

Driver’s license required

HR Licence advantageous

$90,000 - $100,000 + Super + Vehicle – dependent on experience and role
